摘    要:目的:系统了解中药逆转耐药性机制的研究进展及现状, 以便更好指导临床前新药研发。方法:本文通过采集整合国内外相关文献,对中药及其有效成分的逆转耐药性的作用机制方面作一综述。结果:目前对中药逆转耐药性的研究主要从整体动物模型、体外实验、细胞模型、蛋白基因等多层次进行, 并证明中药逆转耐药性主要通过对机体免疫系统以及相关蛋白、基因的影响而发挥作用。结论:选用合适的研究方法可以揭示中药逆转耐药性机制,研究开发具有逆转耐药性的中药,为中药在逆转耐药性的应用提供理论依据。

Abstract:Objective: To understand the research progress systematically and status of the mechanism of reversesresistance of traditional Chinese medicine, and better guide the research and development of new drug. Methods: This paper reviewed the mechanism of reverse resistance of traditional Chinese medicine and its effective components by collecting and integrating relevant literatures. Results: At present, the study on the reverse resistance of traditional Chinese medicine was mainly from the whole animal models and in vitro experiments, cell, protein gene and other multilevel model, and proved that Chinese medicine reverse resistance was mainly based on the body''s immune system and the influence of related proteins, genes and played a role. Conclusion: The appropriate research method can be used to reveal the mechanism of reverse resistance of traditional Chinese medicine, and research and development of traditional Chinese medicine that can reverse drug resistance, and provide theoretical basis for TCM to reverse the application of drug resistance.
