21例单操作孔电视胸腔镜肺叶切除术后护理分析

目的探讨"单操作孔"电视胸腔镜(VATS)肺叶切除患者术后的围手术期护理。方法回顾性分析我院21例"单操作孔"VATS肺叶切除患者的临床病理资料,总结其术后生命体征、疼痛、胸腔闭式引流管、并发症、住院时间,分析其术后护理特点。结果患者术后疼痛轻,术后第2~3天下床活动,胸腔引流管拔出时间(2.1±1.3)d,术后平均住院时间(5.2±3.2)d。全部患者后恢复顺利,无严重并发症,无围手术期死亡。结论"单操作孔"VATS肺叶切除患者疼痛轻、恢复快,针对性护理措施有利于防止术后并发症,加快康复、早期出院。

Nursing of Lobectomy with uniportal complete video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery: analysis of 21 cases

Objective To investigate the features of postoperative nursing in patients with uniportal video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery lobectomy.Methods Twenty-one cases underwent lobectomy with uniportal complete video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery were retrospectively reviewed,and the postoperative fatal signs,pain,thoracic tube,complications and hospital stay were analyzed.Results All patients have little pain,and may leave bed at 2-3 days after operation.The average chest tube drainage time was 2.1±1.3 days,and the mean hospitalization day was 5.2±3.2 days.All patients recovered smoothly and without severe complications.There were no post-operative deaths.Conclusions Lobectomy with uniportal videoassisted thoracoscopic surgery has the advantages of less pain and rapid recovery.Carefully nursing may prevent postoperative complications,and shorten hospital stay.
