声波振荡解堵技术在高尚堡浅层油藏水平井中的应用

摘    要:水平井是高尚堡浅层油藏主要的开发方式。地层出砂造成的防砂管柱堵塞严重影响了油井产能,多次常规酸化解堵效果不理想,为此引进了声波振荡解堵技术。从颗粒解堵、提高地层渗流性、降低流体黏度等方面探讨了声波振荡解堵的技术原理。基于水平井防砂管柱及近井地带堵塞类型分析认为,生产过程中的地层出砂颗粒运移堵塞是水平井的主要堵塞类型。高尚堡浅层油藏7口水平井的应用效果表明,该技术施工简单、成本低、增油效果好,可在水平井解堵中推广应用。
