| 摘 要： | G.723.1语音编解码器是国际电信联盟(ITU-T)制定的一种低速率语音编码方案。针对G.723.1语音编码标准中的关键模块进行了分析和优化,以减小算法复杂度和节约内存,并在VC5402DSK上实现了算法。

| Abstract: | G.723.1 is a standard of low bit-rate speech coding produced by International Telecom Union(ITU-T).We mainly analyze and optimize two important modulus of G.723.1 algorithm to reduce the computational complexity and memory size.The new G.723.1 is implemented on platform of VC5402DSK. |
