储煤场扬尘一体化监测系统研究

摘    要:为加强对储煤场扬尘的有效监测,提出了一种多参数一体化扬尘监测系统。该系统以光散射法为基础,通过小流量旋风切割器实现PM10及PM2.5的分离。该系统不但可以检测颗粒物质量浓度,而且可以监测温度、湿度、噪声、风速及风向等,监测数据可通过4G网络传输至监管中心。通过与蔡家环境监测站颗粒物质量分数监测结果对比,PM2.5监测值与公布值相关系数为0.97,一致性较高。该系统集成度高,可实现颗粒物质量浓度检测的自动标定,并可以与抑尘、降尘设备联动,可以为储煤场的扬尘监管提供有效依据。

Abstract:In order to reinforce the effective dust monitoring and supervision in coal storage yards, a multiparameter integrated dust monitoring system was proposed. The system achieved the separation of PM10 and PM2.5 through a small-flow cyclone cutter based on the light scattering method. In addition, it not only detected the mass fraction of particulate matter, but monitored the temperature, humidity, noise, air speed and direction. The monitored data transmitted to the monitoring center via 4G network. Compared with the monitored mass fraction of the particulate matter at Caijia environmental monitoring station, it was showed the correlation coefficient between the monitored value of PM2.5 and the published one was 0.97, which was of high consistency. With high integration degree, the system could realize automatic calibration for the detection of the mass fraction of the particulate matter, and could be linked with dust suppression facility, so as to offer effective reference for dust monitor in coal storage yards.
