| 摘 要： | 根据国内外装备环境工程管理的现状,分析了我国装备研制生产中在环境工程认识、试验质量、试验手段及专业技术队伍等方面存在的问题和不足.针对问题,提出装备的环境工程管理在体系和专业试验室建设、环境试验技术、基础理论和新技术研究与应用、人才培养等方面的改进建议.

| Abstract: | According to the present conditions of domestic and foreign environmental engineering management, the problems and deficiencies were analyzed on the cognition, testing quality and instrumentality, and professional technical teams of environmental engineering. Facing these problems, we put forward the suggestions of improving environmental engineering management system and specialty testing lab constructing, testing technologies, fundamental theories, new technology research and application and talented person education, etc. |
