| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on some major factors influencing the cost control of the construction enterprise such as the engineering management, construction scheme, and project operation, etc. and the relationship between these factors and the cost control, expounds in detail the influence of the public relation strategy, construction scheme, construction personnel, construction quality, safety, schedule, and project operation mechanism, etc. on the cost control, and puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the cost control of the project. |
