摘    要:分析了以劣质褐煤为原料的4.0 MPa碎煤加压气化炉加煤系统生产中存在的问题,指出加煤系统循环时间长是影响气化炉加煤量、制约生产负荷的主要原因。在现有装置上进行改造,采用降低管线阻力的方法,可使加煤时间由原来的1 189 s1 323 s缩短为725 s1 323 s缩短为725 s859 s,满足了气化炉110%负荷运行的要求。

Abstract:The problems existed in the coal feed system of the 4.0MPa crushed coal pressure gasifier based on low- grade lignite was analyzed. The paper pointed out that the long coal feed cycle time was the main cause affecting the coal feed quantity. However, through the revamp on the existing plant by reducing the resistance in the pipelines, the coal feed time was shortened from 1 189 s-1 323 s to 725 s-859 s, which could meet the requirement of the gasifier operating at 110% load.
