迎香穴穴位埋线治疗中重度变应性鼻炎增效作用的临床研究

目的:探讨迎香穴穴位埋线对糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗中重度变应性鼻炎是否有增效作用,为治疗变应性鼻炎提供理论依据。方法:将80例中重度变应性鼻炎患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组40例。治疗组采用在糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂的基础上配合迎香穴穴位埋线治疗,穴位埋线每7 d为1个疗程,每次埋线双侧,共治疗4次,糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂每天晨起使用1次,喷双侧,每次每侧喷两次,连续使用4周。对照组仅使用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂。治疗前后进行TNSS+TNNSS、RQLQ量表评估及治疗前后IgE血清学检测和临床疗效评价,并于治疗后1个月进行临床症状的远期评估。结果:两组患者TNSS+TNNSS积分治疗后与治疗前比较均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组患者治疗后TNSS+TNNSS积分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访期,治疗组与对照组评分与治疗结束后评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随访期治疗组评分显著低于对照组评分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者RQLQ评分治疗后与治疗前比较均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组患者治疗后RQLQ评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者血清总IgE水平治疗后与治疗前比较均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组患者治疗后血清总IgE水平显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为92.5%(37/40),对照组总有效率为75.0%(30/40),两组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:迎香穴穴位埋线配合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂能有效缓解中重度变应性鼻炎的临床症状,远期治疗效果显著,机制可能与有效调节免疫紊乱有关。

Clinical Synergy Study of LI20 Catgut Embedding in Treating Moderate to Severe AR

Objective:To explorethe synergy effect of Yingxiang acupoint(LI20)catgut embedding combined with NASONEX in the treatment of moderate to severe allergic rhinitis(AR),thus to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of AR.Methods:80 patients with moderate to severe AR were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with NASONEX;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with LI20 catgut embedding.After 4 weeks of the treatment,TNSS plus TNNSS scale and RQLQ scale were assessed before and after the treatment,IgE serological test and evaluation of clinical effect were conducted before and after the treatment in the two groups.The long-term evaluation of clinical symptoms was also conducted one month after the treatment.Results:The integrals of TNSS plus TNNSS were significantly decreased after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the decreases were more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05);the integrals of the follow-up period were of significant difference compared to those after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),the integrals were significantly lower in the treatment group than those in the control group during the follow-up(P<0.05).RQLQ integral was obviously decreased after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).the serum level of total IgE was significantly reduced after the treatment compared to that before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the reduction was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 92.5%(37/40)in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 75%(30/40)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:LI20 catgut embedding combined with NASONEX can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of moderate to severe AR.Its long-term effect is also obvious,and the mechanism might be related to the effective regulation of immune disorder.
