摘    要:(1)目的:建立较理想的新生大鼠海马神经细胞体外原代培养方法。(2)方法:采用低浓度,长时间胰酶消化和机械分离相结合的方法进行单层原代培养。(3)结果:在体外培养条件下神经细胞结构特征明显化,并能形成典型的神经细胞网络。(4)结论;该培养技术是海马神经细胞体外培养的理想方法。

Abstract:Objective\ To establish a better primary culture technique suitable to neurons of newborn rat hippocampal tissue.\ Methods\ Low concentration and prolonged time of trypsin digestion and mechanical dissociation were adopted to conduct monolayer primary culture. \ Results\ Under the culture condition in vitro, newborn rat neurons showed similar form properties to their counterparts in vivo and typical nerve fiber net was formed.\ Conclusion\ This technique is an ideal tool for culture in vitro for neurons of hippocampal tissue.
