低压铸造件粘砂缺陷产生原因及预防措施

摘    要:某轴间分动箱本体铸件,材质为ZL104,采用砂型低压铸造工艺生产,粘砂缺陷较为严重,通过统计分析,发现铸件粘砂产生的原因主要有:型砂中再生砂含量偏高,砂型(芯)烘烤温度过高,芯盒结构不合理,未设置结壳阶段。降低型砂中再生砂含量和砂型(芯)烘烤温度,防止砂型(芯)开裂;合理设计模具结构,通过舂砂保证砂型(芯)的紧实度;增设结壳阶段等,对预防粘砂效果明显。

Abstract:There exists serious sticking sand in low pressure sand casting ZL104 inter-axis transfer case,which is attributed to a higher reclaimed-sand in mold sand,a high baking temperature of sand mold(core) and un-rational core-box configuration as well as un-set incrustation.Through decreasing reclaimed-sand content in the mold sand and baking temperature of sand mold(core) to prevent sand mold(core) from crack,designing rational mould structure to increase compact degree by vibration as well as setting incrustation,sticking sand can be eliminated effectively.
