摘    要:叶轮有8个叶片,叶片为薄且面积大的曲面,叶轮的轮毂对模具型芯包紧力较大,若推出机构不合理,容易引起工件变形甚至断裂,故采用8个摆块与1个推管的组合推件机构。分析了铸件的工艺性,论述了模具结构和工作过程。

Abstract:There are 8 blades on an impellers,and the blades possess thin and large curved surface.Meanwhile,wheel of impellers exhibits a bigger wrapped force to the mould core.Unreasonable ejector design can result in the deformation or crack of the impeller.So 8 swing blocks and an ejector sleeve are adopted in push-out mechanism.The casting technology was analyzed,and mould structure and the operation process were described.
