平顶山市居民慢性病知识知晓率和健康行为形成率的调查

目的了解平顶山市城乡居民对慢性非传染性疾病(慢性病)相关防治知识知晓以及一些健康行为形成情况,为开展有针对性的行为干预工作提供依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法,抽取年龄在15～69岁的城市和农村常驻居民1 000名对慢性病知识知晓率和行为形成率进行问卷调查。结果调查的995人中,10项慢性病知识总知晓率为68.44%,城市居民为73.24%、农村居民为63.73%;与慢性病相关的8项行为总形成率为44.02%,城市居民为46.36%,农村居民为41.72%。结论城市和农村居民在慢性病防治相关知识的知晓方面存在明显差异,行为形成无明显差异。因此,要求在慢性病健康教育和健康促进中,应采取适应不同地区不同人群的对策,在慢性病防治知识、信念、行为方面更侧重于信念与健康行为的形成。

Awareness rate of knowledge about chronic diseases and formation rate of health behaviors among residents in Pingdingshan city

[Objective]To investigate the awareness rate of control knowledge about chronic non-communicable diseases(chronic diseases) and formation rate of some health behaviors among urban and rural residents in Pingdingshan city,provide the basis for related behavior intervention.[Methods]Using random sampling,1 000 urban and rural residents aged 15-69 years old were collected,and the questionnaire about awareness rate of chronic disease knowledge and formation rate of health behaviors was conducted.[Results]Among 995 people,the total awareness rate of 10 items of knowledge about chronic diseases was 68.44%,and that of urban and rural residents was 73.24% and 63.73% respectively.The total formation rate of 8 health behaviors was 44.02%,and that of urban and rural residents was 46.36% and 41.72% respectively.[Conclusion]There is significant difference in awareness rate of control knowledge about chronic diseases between urban and rural residents,and the difference in formation rate is not significant.Therefore,the measures in health education and health promotion of chronic diseases should be adopted according to different areas and population.Among knowledge,beliefs and behavior of chronic diseases control,the formation of beliefs and health behaviors may play a more important role.
