针刺对偏头痛患者血管收缩与舒张因子的影响

目的:探讨针刺治疗偏头痛的作用机理.方法:对32例偏头痛患者采用常规针刺治疗,于治疗前后检测缩血管因子血浆内皮素(ET)、舒血管因子一氧化氮(NO)值,并与20例正常人的ET、NO值进行比较,对偏头痛患者随访半年.结果:治疗前ET值显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),NO值显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01);疗程结束后ET值显著下降(P<0.05),NO值显著上升(P<0.05),并与正常对照组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),随访半年治愈率达75%.结论:针刺使偏头痛患者异常的ET、NO值恢复正常,起到理想的调理作用.

Clinical study on acupuncture regulating vasoconstrictive factor and vasodilatory factor in the patient of migraine

ObjectiveTo explore the mechanism of acupuncture i n treatment of migraine. MethodsThirty-two cases of migraine we re treated by routine acupuncture and followed up for a half year, and plasma en dothelin (ET) and nitric oxide (NO) levels were determined before and after trea tment, and compared with those of 20 healthy subjects. Results The ET level before treatment was significantly higher than that (P<0 01) a nd NO level was lower than that in the normal control group (P<0 01); aft er the end of therapeutic course the ET level decreased significantly (P<0 05) and the NO level increased significantly (P<0 05) with no significant difference as compared with the normal control group (P>0 05). A half year later, the cured rate reached 75%. ConclusionAcupuncture can restore the ET and NO levels to normal, exerting an ideal regulatory action.
