聚合物加工叶片塑化输运单元动力学模拟研究

摘    要:应用多体系统动力学软件ADAMS,对叶片塑化输运单元的运动规律及动力学特性进行模拟仿真。结果表明,叶片塑化输送单元叶片的运动规律为简谐振动,随着转子转速的增加,叶片简谐振动频率增大,位移谐振强度不变,速度谐振强度提高,叶片与定子之间的作用力增大,作用力的变化幅度提高,加剧了叶片伸缩运动时与定子的冲击;叶片塑化输送单元的第11阶模态对单元系统振动的影响最大,第13阶 模 态 次 之,激 励 频 率 为5.7544、24.36、153.7 Hz时单元系统会发生共振,但是偏心激励不会引起叶片共振断裂。

Abstract:The kinetic and dynamic characteristics of vane plasticizing transportation unit were simulated using multi-body system dynamic software ADAMS. It showed that kinetic nature of the unit is a simple harmonic vibration. With increasing rotor speed, the vibration frequency of the vane increases, the vibration strength of displacement keeps the same, that of the velocity increases. Interactive force between vane and fixed barrel increases, and amplitude of interactive force enhances, which improve the impact of vanes in stretching motion with fixed barrels. The influence of eleventh mode on the unit system vibration is the biggest. The unit system would take place resonance at the induced vibration frequency of 5.7544, 24.36, 153.7 Hz. However, eccentric induced vibration does not bring about the vane resonance fracture.
