自动树脂灌注机定量泵耐磨密封结构的研究

提出一种用于自动树脂灌注机关键部件定量泵的耐磨密封新结构，并从控制粘度角度出发分析了增大配合间隙刚性密封的原理，给出了新型定量泵的结构及工作参数的选择方法。实验结果表明，该新型结构成功地解决了国产树脂灌注机定量泵长期存在的耐磨与密封性能差等问题。

Research on the Tolerance-Erosion Sealing Structure of Quantified Pump with Auto-Resin Pouring Device

This paper suggests a new tolerance erosion sealing structure of key parts of quantified pump with aotu resin pouring device. As viewed from controlling viscosity, it also analyzes the rigid sealing principle of increasing fitting gap and offers the structure of the new type quantified pump and selection method of its working parameters. Testing results indicate that the new type structure can solve the problems long existing in poor tolerance erosion and sealing of quantified pump with homemade pouring device.
