阀用电-机械转换器动静态性能测试方法

摘    要:为了对行程0~20 mm、输出力-500~500 N的直线电动机,尤其是电液伺服比例阀用电-机械转换器的性能进行准确测试,提出了一种新的阀用电-机械转换器动静态性能测试方法.利用该方法可对被测电机的闭环控制性能进行测试,设计了相应的测试系统.简单的机械结构实现了对具有单向、双向输出能力的电机进行测试,高性能分析系统实现了对被测电机的动态性能的高效测试,所设计的测试方法及测试系统的测试结果与仿真结果一致,证明该测试方法及其测试系统是可信的,为阀用电-机械转换器的试验研究提供了良好的支持.
