YG13C硬质合金钎焊工艺研究

摘    要:采用中频感应钎焊工艺,分别用HSCuZnNi和HL105钎料对42CrMo钢和硬质合金YG13C进行钎焊,分析了钎料、冷却方式对钎缝抗剪强度的影响。结果表明,HSCuZnNi钎料钎缝的抗剪强度比HL105大20%,采用缓慢的冷却方式可提高抗剪强度。

Abstract:Using the technique of medium frequency induction brazing, 42CrMo steel and carbide alloy YG13C were welded by HSCuZnNi and HL105 solder, respectively.The effect of solder and cooling mode on the shear strength of brazing seam was analyzed.The result shows that the shear strength of brazing seam of HSCuZnNi solder is 20% larger than HL105 solder, and the shear strength can be improved by using slowly cooling.
