摘    要:针对传统电网调度控制系统图形维护、展示不足的问题,提出基于调控云的电网图形一体化维护技术,并对图元标准化、图形标准化、拓扑模型标准化、多用户分布式版本控制等关键技术给出具体解决方案。该技术已在省级及以上电力调度控制中心试点应用。实践表明,一体化维护技术能在调控云平台全网模型的基础上,实现国分省地图形一体化维护、构建全网拓扑的目标,为高级应用拓扑分析提供条件。

Abstract:Aiming at the deficiencies of graphics maintenance and display of traditional power grid dispatching and control system, this paper proposes an integrated maintenance technology of power grid graphics based on dispatching and control cloud, and gives specific solutions to key technologies such as graphics element standardization, graphics standardization, topology model standardization and multi-user distributed version control. This technology has been applied in provincial and above power dispatching and control centers in China. Practice shows that this technology can achieve the goal of integrated maintenance of national and provincial graphics and construction of the whole network topology on the basis of dispatching and control cloud platform, and provide conditions for topology analysis of advanced applications.
