摘    要:双馈风机DFIG(doubly-fed induction generator)因其对电网故障的敏感性,其故障穿越运行能力成为研究热点。为了提高DFIG的故障穿越能力,采用一种适用于DFIG的多功能串联补偿器MFSC(multifunctional series compensator)。MFSC连接于风机定子和并网点之间,可根据电网电压发生故障的不同程度,工作在动态电压补偿DVC(dynamic voltage compensation)和限流两种模式下,补偿跌落电网电压和限制风机电流突升。通过分析电网故障下的DFIG特性,给出了MFSC功能实现的数学模型;重点介绍了MFSC的不同功能控制策略和多模式切换流程。采用MATLAB软件建立了仿真系统,仿真结果验证了MFSC实现DFIG故障穿越的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:The fault ride through capability of a doubly-fed induction generator(DFIG) has become a hot spot bec-ause of its sensitivity to grid failures. To enhance its fault ride through capability, a multi-functional series compensator(MFSC) suitable for DFIG is adopted. The MFSC is connected between the fan stator and connection points, and it can operate in either dynamic voltage compensation(DVC) or current limiting mode according to varying degrees of grid voltage failure, compensating for grid voltage drop and limiting the rise of fan current. Through the analysis of characteristics of DFIG under grid fault, the mathematic models of MFSC functions are established. Especially, the control strategies for different functions of MFSC and the switching process between different modes are introduced. Finally, the validity and effectiveness of MFSC in realizing DFIG fault ride through are verified by simulation results.
