基于FPGA的汽车点火线电阻在线测量系统

摘    要:针对一般汽车点火线生产过程中,电阻值在线测量易受干扰甚至不能进行实时测量的情况,以FPGA和微控制器(MCU)为核心设计了汽车点火线电阻在线测量系统,提出并实现了改进的二次中值滤波抗干扰数字滤波算法。实际测量结果表明,电阻在线测量系统具有测量数据准确、工作稳定可靠的特点,可以用于汽车点火线生产过程中电阻值的在线连续实时测量。

Abstract:In the process of automobile ignition wire production,the wire resistance can not be real-time measured because of the interference.An automotive ignition wire resistance on-line measuring system is designed based on FPGA and microcontroller (MCU).A method of improved second median filter is proposed and achieved for anti-interference.Actual measurements show that the resistance measuring system has the characteristics of accuracy,stability and reliability,and can be used for automobile ignition wire resistance on-line continuous real-time measurement in production process.
