摘    要:分析了食品质量与安全专业的课程体系现状及存在的问题,结合实际介绍了综合性大学食品质量与安全专业课程体系的改革以及教学质量保障与促进机制的建立。

Abstract:The status and problems in the course system of food quality and safety specialty were analyzed,then based on practices,the reform of the course system of food quality and safety specialty and the establishment of the guarantee and promotion mechanism of teaching quality in comprehensive universities were introduced.
