| 摘 要： | 以油酸、顺丁烯二酸酐、二乙醇胺为原料，合成了油酸酰胺基非离子表面活性剂ＯＭＡ。研究发现，ＯＭＡ水溶性极好，耐水解能力强，在水中对钢和铸铁有优良的防锈性能，对铜也有一定的防锈效果。用于多数型水基合成切削液中，试验结果满意。

| Abstract: | The oleic acylamide non-ionic surfactant was synthesized by using oleic, maleric anhydride and diethanolamine. It was shown that OMA had an efficient effect on rust inhibition of steel and cast iron in water medium. It could also be applicable to cutting fluid. |
