摘    要:通过分析裂纹对结构涡流场的影响规律,验证了根据阻抗图幅度和相位分析判定缺陷技术优点,列管式反应器的列管及管板的泄漏现象严重影响化工生产,用射线、超声等检测方法很难得到有效的结果.通过对双频涡流检测传感器的设计和制作,对缺陷和涡流信号响应特征之间的关系进行了分析和研究,实践表明,涡流检测速度快、灵敏度高、测试结果准确.

Abstract:Through analysis effect regularity of the crack to mechanism electromagnetic field,the advantages of the technique by which the flaws are discriminated on the basis of impedance diagram and phase analysis are testified. The leakage of tube and tubular plate in tubular reactor affects seriously chemical industries production. Radiography and ultrasonic testing are unfit for it. The design and development of two-frequency eddy current transducer are introduced, the relationship between the flaws and characteristics of eddy current signals is analyzed and studied.Through practical testing, it shows that the eddy current testing can increase the testing speed and improve the sensitivity and test accurately.
