| 摘 要： | 以霞草的不同部位为外植体均可诱导出愈伤组织，但只有部分愈伤组织能分化出芽。通过实 验，得出了适合芽的分化的最佳培养基是ＭＳ＋ＢＡ２（ｍｇ／Ｌ）＋ＮＡＡ０．５（ｍｇ／Ｌ）和ＭＳ＋ＢＡＩ（ｍｇ／Ｌ）＋ ＮＡＡ０．１（ｍｇ／Ｌ），诱导生根的最佳培养基为１／２ＭＳ＋ＮＡＡ０．５（ｍｇ／Ｌ）和１／２ＭＳ＋ＩＢＡ０．５（ｍｇ／Ｌ）．

| Abstract: | Regeneration potential of isolate organs of Gypsophila elegans was investigated.The callus was formed at the base of isolate shoots, apical buds and leaves. It was found that only some callus could produce bud. And tests show that the best mediums for budding are MS+BA2 (mg / L) +NAA 0.5 (mg / L) and MS+ BAI (mg/L) NAA 0.1 (mg/L), the best mediums for rooting are 1/2MS+NAA0.5 (mg/L)and 1/ ZMS + IBA00.5 (mg/L) . |
