高频高压脉冲电源充电软开关技术

摘    要:提出了一种用于高频高压脉冲电源充电系统中的软开关技术。该技术利用L-C谐振原理,使开关管在零电流下关断来降低关断损耗,无需附加有源辅助开关和谐振网络,使开关管能可靠运行在高频状态,避免了在高频高压脉冲电源充电过程中出现的半导体开关器件过流、过压问题。实验结果表明,软开关技术能使整个电路高效、可靠运行,并且能在较宽的负载范围内实现软开关充电,结构简单,容易控制,对高频脉冲电源的高频化具有指导意义。

Abstract:A kind of soft switching technique for high frequency and high voltage pulse power supply is given in this paper.Switches can perform reliably on high frequency state while charging because of zero-current shutoff by L-C resonance theory.It is not necessary to add extra active auxiliary switch and syntonic network to the power supply.In traditional high frequency and high voltage pulse power supply,over-current and over-voltage usually appear on the switches while operating on hard-switching state.Such technique mentioned in this paper can solve the over-current and over-voltage problem of semiconductor switches while charging.A kind of pulse power supply has been realized in the experimental laboratory.The device can generate 1kHz/30kV pulses.The operation principle of the charging procedure is described in detail and the experimental results verify the theoretical analysis.The whole system provides a large overall efficiency and a wide load range.The topography of the proposed soft-switching charging is very concise which ensure a very convince control strategy.The results of the experiment demonstrate the realization of high frequency of the pulse power supply.
