山东临沂农村地区以义诊模式开展白内障防盲的初步报告

目的:探讨可行的白内障防盲复明模式,解决农村地区大量积存的白内障致盲患者。方法:我院组成义诊队伍,在山东临沂市农村以乡镇为单位,并由当地乡镇政府以义诊的形式组织患者就诊,筛查白内障并组织患者到医院接受手术治疗。白内障手术收费方式根据患者的经济状况分为完全免费、600,1200,1800元等不同的收费标准,使医疗费用能为所有的患者接受。白内障手术方式采用小切口ECCE或Phaco,并根据不同的收费标准植入不同的人工晶状体。结果:2008年我院共在临沂市农村180乡镇(800万人口)举行义诊活动250次,就诊眼病患者31234例,筛查白内障患者(视力<0.3)4176例,接受白内障手术3128例,手术接受率74.90%,人工晶状体植入率98.75%。结论:以义诊模式由政府、医院合作组织患者就诊,筛查白内障患者,有经济能力的患者承担部分手术费用的模式适合我们的国情,我们在初期的工作中取得了良好的效果。

Initial report of the model in the prevention and sight restoring of cataract in Linyi countryside of Shandong

AIM:To investigate the model of prevention of cataract that suitable to the situation of China for resolving the large number of cataracts in countryside of China.·METHODS:We cooperated with the local government of every town,hold "voluntary screening" to screening poor cataract patients in Linyi countryside,and performed surgical treatment for them in the hospital.Patients could free or pay 600,1200,1800$ et al,depend on different paying capability individually.ECCE or PHACO was performed and different intraocular lens(IOL) were implanted according to different payings.·RESULTS:We hold 250 "voluntary screenings" in Linyi countryside in 2008.The number of eye patients was 31234,and the cataract patients(visual acuity<0.3) was 4176,the number who accepted surgery was 3128(74.90%),the rate of IOL implant was 98.75%.·CONCLUSION:The model that local government and hospital cooperatively organizing and screening cataract patients and the patients burden part cost of treatment is suitable to the situation of our country,we had acquired good effect in the early phase.
