摘    要:现在役机组中的粗粉分离器形式大多为径向挡板型粗粉分离器,分离效率低,阻力大。东北电科院通过模化试验开发出新型轴向型粗粉分离器。已在几个电厂中使用,分离效率高,阻力低,降低了制粉电耗,提高了机组经济性。简介了新型轴向型粗粉分离器的结构特点和各电厂的使用效果。

To Retrofit Coarse Pulverized Coal Separator,To Improve Economics of Boiler
Abstract:Among the coarse pulverized coal separators of generating units in operation, most of them are radial baffle type separator, with low separation efficiency and high resistance. Northeast Electric Power Research Institute has developed a new type axial coarse pulverized coal separator through modelling testing,which has been used in several power plants, separation efficiency being high, resistance low, power consumption for pulverizing reduced, with economics of generating units improved. The structural features of new type axial coarse pulverized coal separator and their application effect in power plants are briefly introduced in this article.
