肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的螺旋CT诊断

目的 探讨肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的螺旋CT表现,提高螺旋CT诊断的准确性.方法 搜集经手术和病理证实的20例嗜铬细胞瘤患者的资料,所有病例术前均作超声、SCT检查.结果 瘤体较大(平均瘤径7.2cm),多呈类圆形,部分有分叶.瘤界清晰或部分不甚清晰,肿瘤密度多不均匀,15例出现坏死和囊变,肿瘤实体部分多明显强化.结论 SCT可清楚显示肿瘤的大小、形态、部位及与周围结构的关系,结合临床表现与实验室检查多可明确诊断.

CT Diagnosis of Adrenal Pheochromocytoma

Objective To evaluate the SCT features of adrenal pheochromocytoma and to improve SCT diagnostic accuracy.Methods SCT findings of 20 surgically and pathologically proved cases of adrenal pheochromocytoma were retrospectively studied.Results All the adrenal pheochromocytomas presented as relatively big round or oval or unregular shape clearly or partclearly outlined masses with a mean diameter of 7.2cm.Most of the masses were inhomogeneous density on plain scans.Necrosis and cystic degeneration in 15 marked enhancement in tumor parenchyma was showed.Conclusion SCT findings of adrenal pheochromocytoma revealed certain characteristics.SCT examination played an important role in the demonstration of the size,the shape,the location and the components of the tumor as well as its relationship with surroundings.In most of the cases of adrenal pheochromocytoma,a reliable diagnosis might be made with SCT examination if referring to the patient's clinical pictures as well.
