| 摘 要： | 本文提出了采用电荷耦合器件(CCD)对瞬态信号进行数字存贮的新方案。该方案的优点是,避免了使用价格昂贵的高速模数转换器(ADC),因而大大降低了高速数字存贮的成本。采用国产CCD的数字存贮系统业已实现,文章介绍了该系统的工作原理、主要电路设计,并给出实验结果。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a new digital memory plan on transient data, in which a charge coupled device(CCD) is used. The advantage of the plan is circumventing a hign speed analog digital convertes (ADC) that is expensive. Therefore the cost of rapid digital memory reduces greatly. The digital memory system with CCD made in China has been realized.Operation principle of the system, design of the main control circuits and the experimental results are presented in it. |
