| 摘 要： | 企业建模是以企业业务过程为核心的持续改进和应用的过程。在分析企业建模过程的基础上，应用集成化企业建模工具IEMTools建立了一个某制造企业的流程模型，并采用自行开发的企业模型仿真、评价和诊断工具集IEM-SDE对此模型进行了仿真。通过分析仿真结果，指出了现有企业生产流程中存在的问题，以及IEMTools和IEM-SDE在实际应用中的不足。

| Abstract: | Enterprise modeling that regards the enterprise business process as a key control is a continuous improvement and application process. By analyzing the process of enterprise modeling, a manufacturing enterprise model is built with the integrated enterprise modeling tools (IEMTools) and the corresponding simulation is carried on by utilizing an IEMTools- integrated simulation-evaluation-diagnosis toolset, IEM-SDE. The simulation results are obtained, by which the issues existing in the current business process are described as well as the weak points of the IEMTools and IEM-SDE when applied in practice are pointed out. |
