水泵水轮机在水轮机制动工况下压力脉动的模型试验研究

摘    要:本文对水泵水轮机模型装置在水轮机制动工况下的压力脉动迚行了试验研究,得到了不同导叶开度和不同测点位置,压力脉动信号在时域和频域内随流量的变化规律。此外,对无叶区压力脉动信号迚行了细致的分析,发现在导叶开度A0=20~40mm的范围内,该测点位置在小流量区域存在大小约0.5~0.7倍转频的特殊频率,这种频率能影响压力脉动的时频特性。

Pressure Pulsation Model Test Investigation of Pump-Turbine on the Turbine-Brake Condition
Abstract:In the paper, it is researched on the pressure pulsation characteristic during turbine-brake operation of pump-turbine model installation by the model test method. Then the tendency of pressure pulsation in time domain and frequency domain along with discharge is obtained at different guide vane openings and different measuring points. Furthermore, the pressure pulsation signals of vaneless location were analyzed detailed. At the small discharge area of the location, we discover the special frequency which is about 0.5~0.7 times rotational frequency from A0=20mm to 40mm and can influence the time-domain and frequency-domain characteristic of pressure pulsation.
