针药并用治疗绝经后骨质疏松症临床观察

目的观察针药并用治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法 100例患者随机分为两组,针药组给予电针配合骨化三醇胶丸口服治疗;药物组给予骨化三醇胶丸口服治疗,观察两组疗效及治疗前后疼痛评分、骨密度、血钙、血磷、血清碱性磷酸酶、雌二醇、24 h尿Ca/Cr值。结果针药组与药物组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经3个月治疗后,与同期药物组比较,针药组患者血雌二醇升高(P<0.01),腰椎L1-4和右侧股骨骨密度(BMD)升高(P<0.05),24 h尿Ca/Cr值有所降低,但差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论针药并用治疗绝经后骨质疏松症疗效显著。

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture plus Medication for Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture plus medication in treating postmenopausal osteoporosis （PMO）. Method A hundred patients were randomized into two groups. The acupuncture-medication group was treated by electroacupuncture plus orally taken calcitriol soft capsule （Luogaiquan）; the medication group was treated by orally taken calcitriol soft capsule alone. The therapeutic effect, as well as pain score, bone mineral density （BMD）, serum calcium, serum phosphorus, serum alkaline phosphatase, estradiol, and 24-hour urinary Ca/Cr ratio before and after treatment in the two groups were observed. Result The difference in comparing the total effective rate between the acupuncture-medication group and the medication group was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After the 3-month treatment, compared with the medication group, the acupuncture- medication group had significant increases in serum estradiol （P〈0.01） and BMD of L 1.4 and right femur （P〈 0.05）; 24-hour urinary Ca/Cr ratio were lower in the acupuncture-medication group but without a significant difference compared with those in the medication group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus medication can produce a significant therapeutic effect in treating PMO.
