蛋壳中钙镁含量的测定

摘    要:分别采用酸碱滴定法、配位滴定法和氧化还原滴定法测定了普通鸡蛋壳的钙镁总量,并对上述三种方法进行了比较,从中选择出较适合教学的方法为配合滴定法。采用配位滴定法分别测定了普通鸡蛋壳、山鸡蛋壳和乌鸡蛋壳的钙镁总量分别为95.34%、97.03%、83.28%,从中选择出较适合教学的鸡蛋壳为普通鸡蛋壳。

Abstract:The total content of calcium and magnesium of common eggshell was mensurated using acid-base titration, ligand titration and oxidation-reduction titration respectively which were compared and the results indicate that ligand titration is the best for teaching. Then, the total content of calcium and magnesium of eggshell coming from hen, pheasant and silke fowl was measured with ligand titration and the results were 95.34% , 97.03% and 83.28% respectively. It shows that the common eggshell coming from hen is suitable for experimental teaching.
