| 摘 要： | 目的观察依达拉奉和巴曲酶联合治疗急性进展型脑梗死的疗效。方法将60例急性进展型脑梗死患者随机分为两组各30例。联合组使用依达拉奉和巴曲酶静脉滴注,巴曲酶组单用巴曲酶。结果治疗14 d后,联合组和巴曲酶组的血纤维蛋白原水平、神经功能缺损评分间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组的临床疗效优于巴曲酶组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论依达拉奉联合巴曲酶治疗急性脑梗死效果显著,无明显不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of edaravone joint batroxobin treating acute progressive cerebral infarction.Methods 60 acute progressive cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 each.The combination group were treated with edaravone joint batroxobin through intravenous infusion;the batroxobin group were treated with only batroxobin.Results After 14 days of treatment,the differences in blood fibrinogen levels,neurological deficit scores between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the combination group was better than the batroxobin group with statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion Edaravone joint batroxobin treating acute progressive cerebral infarction has significant effect without obvious adverse reaction. |
