常温浸泡法提取黄蜀葵花总黄酮的研究

摘    要:目的研究常温浸泡法提取黄蜀葵花总黄酮的工艺。方法以总黄酮和金丝桃苷含量为指标,对常温浸泡法提取黄蜀葵花总黄酮的影响因素包括提取时间、提取次数、乙醇浓度及溶剂用量等进行考察。结果常温浸泡法提取黄蜀葵花总黄酮的含量与回流法相当,优化工艺为:取黄蜀葵花粗粉,加30倍量60%乙醇浸泡2 h,每隔0.5 h搅拌1次。结论该方法可用于黄蜀葵花总黄酮的提取。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the conditions for the extraction of the total flavones of Abelmoschus manihot by maceration.Methods The influence factor of maceration including immersion time,extracting times,ethanol concentration and solvent amount have been examined using the content of total flavones and hyperin as indexes.Extraction effects of the two methods which included maceration and circumfluence have also been compared.Results The optimum extraction condition was: Abelmoschus manihot meal was immersed with 30 times amount 60% ethanol for 2 hours,and was stirred one time every 30 minutes.Conclusion This method can be used in the extraction of total flavones of Abelmoschus manihot.
