中西医结合治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染60例的临床分析

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的效果。方法：上呼吸道感染患者120例根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组各60例，两组首先给予常规西药治疗，在此基础上治疗组加用双黄连口服液治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为100.0%，而对照组有效率为83.3%，两组对比差异明显（P<0.05）。两组治疗前肺功能指标对比无明显差异，治疗后都有明显上升（P<0.05），组间对比差异明显（P<0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染能有效提高疗效，同时改善肺功能状况，值得推广应用。

Clinical analysis on treating 60 cases of acute upper respiratory tract infection in the integrative medicine

Objective： To investigate the effects of the integrative medicine. Methods： According to the difference of treatment methods, 120 patients were divided into the treated group and control group, 60 cases for each, two groups were treated with conventional modem medicine, based on this, the treated group were added the Shuanghuanglian oral for treatment. Results： The total efficiency was 100.0% in the treated group, while the control group was 83.3% （P〈0.05）. The pulmonary function contrasted had no significant difference in the two groups before treatment, after treatment was increased significantly （P〈0.05）, contrasted the two groups had significantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine for treating acute upper respiratory tract infection in children can effectively improve efficacy while improve pulmonary function, should be widely applied.
