微波组织凝固治疗恶性肿瘤的免疫学效应

摘    要:应用微波组织凝固(MTC)治疗7例恶性肿瘤病人,测定治疗前后自然杀伤细胞(NK)活性。MTC治疗组与手术切除对照组有同样的NK活性改变效应,即治疗前后的NK活性有显著差异(P<0.025),证实潜在的微波抗肿瘤的非热效应。

Abstract:7 cases of malignant tumor were treated by microwave tissue coagulation (MTC). the natural killer (NK) activity was determined both before and after treatment. The results showed that NK activity presented the same change in both MTC and operative groups with the level of NK significantly different after the treament (P<0.025), it indicating the existence of underlying non-thermal effect of microwave against malignant tumor.
