将政府、社团的可持续目标或是民众对于生活的期望转化成为可持续的现实并非易事，这一转化的过程体现在推动和落实的理念、方法和机制上。中国的房地产及建造业极为复杂，有很多不同的参与者及其传统运作模式。要落实改革，就必须让多方面的参与者共同建设一个多元及低风险的创新计划，同时赢得更佳的商业效益。作者通过INTEGER China的各类规划与建筑的实践探讨实现可持续发展的创新模式和有效途径。案例包括昆明世博生态城INTEGER项目，横琴岛可持续发展规划，介绍Integer在推动可持续发展的绿色生活模式方面所做的尝试。

INTEGER SUSTAINABLE MODEL

The shift away from current life-style expectations to something more sustainable involves radical decisions and close partnership at various levels. Our idea that, the sustainable community is not only defined in quantitative terms, but also qualitatively and experientially, indicates that we look at more than narrow carbon-accounting terms and try to explore an integrated approach. The talk will concentrate on Integer China＇s pilot projects in greater China with focus on eco-community construction, innovative green technology and sustainable lifestyle, showing our highlighted design philosophy including the whole as a sum of its parts; re-inventing the community ＇＇C better value, better performance; moving the market, raising expectations, cultural change; people and diversity. Author presents a series of case studies including Kunming Expo Eco-town Integer project, Hengqin Island master planning, all of which aim to achieve higher quality, more energy efficient, environmentally sustainable and business value.
