机械结合面阻尼的产生机理研究现状与发展

摘    要:介绍了结合面的基本概念,对国内外结合面阻尼产生机理研究的历史和现状进行了全面的介绍和总结,对结合面阻尼的产生机理进行了分析和归纳.总结出在不同的结合条件下,结合面阻尼的产生原因也不相同,并分别对结合面之间存在油膜的状况和不存在油膜的状况做了介绍.重点介绍了在多数情况下周期性的迟滞变形是结合面阻尼产生的一个重要原因并证明了其正确性.最后指出了研究中存在的困难.

Abstract:This paper introduced the basic concept about machine joint surface, comprehensively introduced the history and current status of research on damping generation theory of machine joint surface. Analyzed and summed up the damping generation theory of machine joint surface. Made a summary that the damping generation theory of machine joint surface was different in different condition, then separately introduced the condition that there was lubricate film and them was not lubricate film between the joint surface. Put stress on introducing the periodical hysteresis transform was an important reason that generate the damping of machine joint surface and proved its accuracy. Finally the existing problems were pointed out.
