当前我国大城市居住小区停车困境及其对策研究

通过比较分析计划经济时代建造的居住小区和市场经济体制下的商品房小区的停车状况,可知当前我国大城市居住小区已普遍存在停车困境,车地矛盾十分突出。在综合考虑经济、社会和环境综合效益的前提下,在保证地质条件和施工安全的条件下,利用小学、中学操场规划建造多层地下车库来缓解居住小区停车压力,不失为一种良策,因为它具备用地条件、空间条件、使用功能、安全保障、资金运作、施工时间及施工作业等多方面的可行性。

Solving Parking Problems in Urban Neighborhoods

This paper analyzes the parking problems in urban neighborhoods built in a planned vs. market economic system. As parking shortages become critical, parking spaces not included in the original plans must be added to mitigate demand, which reduces pedestrian space and raises issues of spatial fairness.
