四联法治疗中老年胃溃疡84例临床观察．

目的探讨潘托拉唑、果胶铋、克拉霉素及阿莫西林四联法治疗胃溃疡的临床效果。方法对A组84例中老年胃溃疡患者以四联法（潘托拉唑＋果胶铋＋克拉霉素＋阿莫西林）进行治疗，对B组80例中老年患者以克拉霉素三联法（克拉霉素＋阿莫西林＋洛赛克）进行治疗，两组均用药2周，2次，d，停药4周后复查幽门螺杆菌（HP）根除情况、溃疡愈合情况，并观察副作用发生情况等，对结果进行统计学分析。结果两组患者均完成治疗及随访，两组患者的HP根除率分别为77．4％及73．7％（P〉0．05），副作用发生率分别为6．0％及6.3％（P〉0．05），未发生严重的毒副作用。结论两种方法对中老年胃溃疡治疗效果相当，不良反应少，但更宜选用价格较低、服用方便的四联法，值得临床推广使用。

Clinical observation of quadruple in the treatment of 84 middle-aged patients with gastric ulcer

Ohjective To investigate the curative effect of quadruple in the treatment of 84 cases of pylnric spirochaceta. Mesthod 84 middle-aged patients with gastric ulcer in group A were treated with oral medicines pantoprazole, bismuth pectin, clarithromycin, amoxicillin, and 80 middle-aged patients with gastric ulcer in group B were treated with oral medicines clarithromycin, amoxicillin and losec, twice a day. Four weeks later, gastroscope, HP eradication rate, ulcer healing and side effects were reviewed, and statistical analysis was done. Results HP eradication rate were 77.4% and 73.7%. The incidence of side effects were 6.0% and 6.3%. Conclusions The quadruple has a reliable curative effect for treatment ulcerative colitis, and deserve clinical expansion and application.
