摘    要:实验设计了9种能量或蛋白质水平不同的饲粮,以探索能量和蛋白质水平对肉鸡痛风症发生率的影响及机理。结果发现:(1)高蛋白质饲粮容易诱发和加剧肉鸡痛风症。(2)饲粮能量水平增加,对肉鸡痛风症发生率有一定促进作用。(3)肉鸡发生痛风的根本原因在于肾小管变性坏死,尿酸排泄障碍滞留于体内。

Abstract:In order to investigate the effects of dietary energy and protein levels on the incidence of gout in broilers and its mechanism, 9 dietaries were designed with different levels of energy and protein in them. High-protein dietaries were found liable to induce gout or aggravate it in broilers. Increased energy levels in the dietaries contributed, to some extent, to the increase in gout incidence in broilers. The basic cause for gout in broilers is presumed to lie in the denaturation and necrosis of the tubule renales, which cause excretion obstruction of uric acid so that it remains in the body of the fowl.
