摘    要:在管道弯管检测工作中,发现《钢制弯管》(SY5257-91)和《西气东输工程用感应加热弯管技术条件》(Q/SYXQ16-2002)两个标准规定的对弯管管端面垂直度和弯曲角度检测方法的可操作性不强,因此提出了改进的检测方法。实践证明,此改进方法能明显提高检测结果的真实性、有效性和准确性。

Abstract:It is found through bend pipe detections that the maneuverabilities of perpendicularity degree and bend angle detection methods for end section of bend pipe, which are stipulated by both standards of "Steel Bend Pipe"(SY 5257-91)and"Technology Condition of Induction Heating Bend Pipe Used in West to East Gas Transmission Pipeline Project"(Q/SY XQ16-2002), are not good. Therefore an improved detection method is put forward, then is proved by practice to be more authentic, valid and accurate.
