基于层次分析法的非煤矿山安全标准化评价体系

摘    要:参考有关的法律法规、技术标准和规范,用14个1级指标和53个2级指标来评价非煤矿山的安全标准化等级,采用层次分析法确定各级指标的权重值,给出了一种基于层次分析法的非煤矿山安全标准化评价体系。实例验证表明,该体系能更真实、客观地反映非煤矿山的安全标准化实际。

Abstract:By making a reference to related laws and regulations,technical standards as well as technical specifications,the 14 first level indexes and the 53 second level indexes are used to estimate the grades of safety standardization of non-coal mines.AHP is used to determine the weighing value of the indexes.A safety standardization evaluation system of non-coal mines based on the AHP is presented.The results of a case study show that this evaluation system can objectively reflect the actual situation of non-coal mines.
