| 摘 要： | 建立了高效液相色谱法测定进口农药杀鼠剂力克命（Coumatetralyl）的有效成分。流动相为乙腈∶水∶醋酸（体积比50∶45∶5）;色谱柱为Waters Symmetry C18;流速为2.0 mL/min;检测波长为250 nm;柱温为室温;进样量为5μL。实验结果表明,样品的平均回收率为98.43%,精密度为0.45%。

| Abstract: | Determination method of active ingredient in import pesticides rodenticides Coumatetralyl was established by using high performance liquid chromatograph（HPLC）.Mobile phase was acetonitrile：water：acetic acid of 50：45：5 by vol,Chromatograph column was Waters Symmetry C18,flow rate was 2.0 mL/min,detection wavelength was at 254 nm,column temperature was room temperature,and inject volumn was 5 μL.Experimental result proclaimed that sample＇s recovery rate and precision was 98.43% and 0.10%,respectively. |
