| 摘 要： | 采用免疫组化、原位杂交方法 ,测定 2 8例急性早幼粒白血病 (APL)患者的抗凋亡基因 bcl 2 蛋白 /mRNA表达水平 ,并分析APL融合基因异构体分型与bcl 2基因表达、临床预后的关系。结果表明 ,异构体之间的bcl 2蛋白 /mRNA表达水平差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。提示PML RARα转录构型不影响临床特征和预后

| Abstract: | To check the anti apoptosis gene bcl 2 protein/mRNA expression in 28 acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL), by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization, and to analyse the relationship among the bcl 2 gene expressions, clinical prognosis and classification of the isoforms of fuse gene in APL. The result shows the two types of isoforms of PML RARα have no significance in bcl 2 protein/mRNA expression, indexes of clinical prognosis. This shows that the classification of PML RARα isoform has no influence on clinical prognosis. |
