摘    要:目的:建立革除毒性化合物醋酸汞的非水电位滴定法测定盐酸赛洛唑啉原料的含量。方法:以无水冰醋酸和醋酐为溶剂,以硝酸钾的饱和无水甲醇溶液为盐桥溶液,采用高氯酸非水电位滴定法测定盐酸赛洛唑啉原料的含量。结果:该方法与原测定方法的测定结果一致。结论:该法操作简单,结果精确,可用于盐酸赛洛唑啉原料的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective : To establish a determination method for xylometazoline hydroehloride by non - aqueous potentiometrie titration abolishing mercuric acetate. Method: Non-aqueous potentiometric titration method was used with perehloric acid, in which anhydrous glacial acetic acid and acetic anhydride was used as the solvent, an anhydrous methanol solution saturated with potassium nitrate was used as the salt bridge solution. Result: The results determined by the method was the same as that of the original method. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, which can be applied to determine the xylometazoline hydrochloride.
