在聚乙烯薄膜表面丙烯酸气相光接枝聚合反应的研究

摘    要:本文以二苯基甲酮(BP)为光敏剂,在聚乙烯薄膜表面进行丙烯酸的气相光接枝聚合反应.观察到:反应速率与光敏剂二苯基甲酮的浓度成正比;反应活化能为4.18kJ/mol,温度对光接枝反应影响不大;光接枝率随着聚乙烯上氢的活性和聚乙烯结构无序度的增加而增加:关键词:光敏剂;二苯基甲酮;气相光接枝聚合反应;丙烯酸

Abstract:Photo graft polymerization in the vapor phase of acrylic acid onto the surface of PE film was carried out,taking benzophenone(BP)as photosensit- izer.It was observed that the rate of photo graft polymerization was proport- ional to the concentration of BP.The activation energy of the photo graft polymerization was 4.18kJ/mol.The reaction temperature had little effect on the photo graft polymerization.The graft yield increased both with number of the active hydrogen in PE,and arrangement of the structure in PE.
