早期平衡训练对脑卒中患者平衡功能的影响

目的探讨早期平衡训练对脑卒中患者平衡功能的影响。方法 60例有不同程度平衡功能障碍的脑卒中患者随机分为平衡训练组和对照组,每组30例,对照组进行常规康复治疗,平衡训练组在常规康复治疗的基础上增加平衡训练,包括坐位平衡训练、立位平衡训练和行走训练,一月后进行平衡功能的评价。结果对照组治疗前BBS评分和Tinetti评分分别为(36.45±7.33)分、(18.43±2.09)分,治疗后分别为(40.11±6.52)分、(23.05±2.13)分;平衡训练组治疗前BBS评分和Tinetti评分分别为(35.74±6.78)分、(18.51±1.97)分,治疗后分别为(48.95±3.47)分、(26.24±2.11)分,与对照组相比,平衡训练组患者Berg平衡量表和Tinetti平衡功能评分明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论早期平衡训练对脑卒中患者平衡功能的恢复有促进作用,临床上对于有平衡功能障碍的脑卒中患者应尽早介入平衡训练。

The effects of balance training on balance function in patients with stroke

Objective To observe the effects of balance training on the balance function in patients with stroke. Methods Sixty cases of stroke with balance dysfunction to varying degrees were randomly divided into balance training group and con- trol group, 30 cases for each group. Conventional rehabilitation therapy Was prescribed to control group, while balance training was： given to balance training group in addition, including sitting, standing and walking training. Balance function was evaluated in both groups one month later. Results BBS score-and Tinetti score were （36.45 ± 7.33） and （,18.43 ± 2.09） points respectively in control group before treatment, and （40. 11 ± 6.52） and （23.05± 2.13） points respectively after treatment. In balance training group, BBS score and Tinetti score were （35.74 ± 6.78） and （ 18.51 ± 1.97） points before treatment, and （48.95 ± 3.47 ） and （26.24 ± 2.11 ） points respectively after treatment. Compared with control group, Berg Balance Scale（BBS） and Tinetti balance function score significantly increased in balance training group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Early balance training can promote the recovery of balance function in patients with strokei therefore, it should be applied in clinical practice as soon as possible.
